We have spent this year developing a new website, ordering and stock management system to ensure you will have a smoother and easier ordering experience online.
You will be directed to a brand-new website that will look and feel quite different, we have also updated our brand and we will be back in touch to give you an exclusive peek into what we will be launching on 1st January 2025.
There will also be a slightly different user experience, and we will be sending you instructions to help you transition easily from the old site to the new. This will mean you will need to create a new password closer to the time but don't worry we will keep you updated!
We are working hard to ensure there will be minimal disruption, but with any big change to systems and software there can be a few glitches to overcome.
Our advice? Plan ahead and order in any key products, such as your dispensing goods, earlier in December to avoid any delays.
Orders placed by 5pm 23rd December will be despatched from our warehouse on either the 23rd or 24th. No orders will be despatched between Christmas and New Year, we’ll start to despatch again on 2nd January.
App Users: If you currently use the EMT App for ordering, it will no longer be functional from 1st January, but our new website will be mobile optimised.
The new system will be introduced in the first week of January and we anticipate there will be a few days of disruption, but we’ll be back to normal service promptly.
