2025 marks the beginning of a new chapter for our family owned business. We have spent the last two years refining and futureproofing our operation to be more efficient and focused on delivering excellence to our customers.

The vision for the brand you see today began when Rod and Richard Muir took over the business, continuing the family legacy which began in 1962. The goal has always been to provide quality products and services to pharmacies when they need them and in this fast paced world we now live in it is now more important than ever to evolve the operation.
Rod and Richard's commitment to continuous improvement is embedded in understanding the changing requirements of pharmacies today, developing the team and focusing on technological advancements.
The introduction of the 'Co-Bots', the automated directed picking robots used by giants such as DHL and Boots, has had an incredible impact, with increased efficiency, reduction in picking errors and minimising manual handling for the team. The Co-bots also support a growth strategy that is scalable to manage increased stock and orders into the warehouse.
Implementing New Systems
This kickstarted the modernisation of legacy systems, committing to the development of a new ERP warehouse and ordering system ready for the 1st January 2025 launch.
It has taken over two years to develop the strategy, process and system configuration as well as training the team to bring to life something that began as an idea to a modern operation that is built to serve pharmacies across the UK with the most efficient ordering and delivery service in the industry.
